General Guild Info
JSG was originally made on 21st March 2015 on another game. So during March 2025 we had some epic 10 year events/competitions/celebrations!
How To Join - Please ensure you can receive communication from me on Discord (so many people apply and I can not contact them as they only accept DM's from friends only so they miss out, this is especially great when multiple people give me the wrong in game name so i can't even send them a letter). I hate for people to feel ignored, when it's just been I can't contact them.

To join us, please ensure your Discord settings allow you to receive direct messages from me, and then fill out the short application form linked in our Discord server’s ‘Waiting Room’ channel.
An application form is required to progress further — it only takes a few minutes and helps us keep JSG a friendly and well-matched community.
After submitting the form, please also post your in-game name (including the 4-digit number) in the Waiting Room channel.
We’ll be in touch once both steps are completed. If your DMs are closed or you leave before we can reply, we sadly won’t be able to continue your application.
Please do not skip the application form — it’s the one and only way to move forward with joining.
We have a dedicated Discord server, upon just moving to EU it's full of fresh channels for you to enjoy outside the game. During events you do not need to have your mic on, that is always 100% optional, however if we are in voice chat during an event please be there to listen and type your replies in game guild chat. We are an unusual guild, and try to put the jolly into gaming in a safe environment. Prizes, lotteries, gifts, member perks, celebrations and so much more!
Events - Currenrly on hold. They may or may not return.
Representing - This is only required when we are all doing things together ie event / fracs etc. When you're doing your own thing it is 100% up to you who you rep, but always welcome to rep JSG.
Minimum Guild Requirements - Be active on our guilds discord and attend at least one event every calendar month (when events are active again) not doing so may result in you being removed. If you need absence for a while, just drop me a DM/Letter and I will ensure you're not removed.
Rules - Be a Jolly Snail! Be polite, friendly and helpful. Never leave a player down. Be active on the JSG discord channel. Do the min guild requirements. Ensure your event RSVP is correct at least 16 minutes prior to it starting (when events are active)
Guild Hall - Current Level - 69 - MAXED - "Isle of Reflections", Cantha EoD. Max Boosts, Max Waypoint Discount, Max Daily Nodes. Hubby and myself got our guild hall up to level 57 with very little help from others. Now we have maxed out our hall I am wanting to seriously crack on with the decorating side of things, have done a lot but no where near what am wanting :) . So we would seriously appreciate your help please, doing a hall with just 2 people is no easy task, especially alongside multiple legendaries and a full home haha.
Am looking for active players who want to get to know and chat to their fellow Snails, have a good time and be part of the Snail community that we had in the other game. I am a firm but fair guild owner, I always try to be as transparent as possible and am always available to chat to answer anyones questions. If you end up needing a little time off, talk to me as I have an option for "Sitting Snails" for when life and gaming life clash. We reside in the United Kingdom so events will be hosted in our time zone.
All skill levels and abilities not only welcome but also helped. You do not need to be on the Vabbi server (EU), the server you're on is entirely your choice, you are however welcome to have JSG as your WvW guild where everyone is welcome from new to pro and everyone in between. We have a couple of Snails who hated WvW and now look forward to it with us. Please have your account in EU region though. If you have ANY question, please do not hesitate to drop me a DM / letter and I will reply as fast as I can, delay could be when I am driving either our boat or car. As soon as I can reply, I will! If you've not heard from me, please check I can contact you by ensuring you accept messages from non friends / non mutural servers.
Currently we have closed the doors to new Snails. You're welcome, however, to drop me a DM/fill out the form so when we open the doors again you can be reached. If you've come over as you're friends/family with a current Snail, then tell me as the doors are open to you. We've just had a huge run of time wasters recently.
